Governance Code Information Sessions

New dates for Governance Code information sessions to be announced in the New Year.

The Governance Code Working Group is happy to introduce and explain the Code by providing information sessions.

Information sessions are free to participants and typically take about two hours, and can be attended on request if organised by any local or national network of organisations.

If you would wish to organise a Governance Code information session for a group of interested organisations in your area or for your networks, please contact us to discuss at: info@governancecode.ie. Also, remember to keep a regular eye on our website to see what is happening.

The following is a brief summary of the Information Sessions provided to date in 2015 by the Governance Code Working Group:

Dublin - 2nd February: Theatre Forum (Peacock Theatre)
Dublin - 18th February: Northside Community Forum
Waterford - 26th February: Waterford PPN
Dublin - 26th February : Fingal County Council
Mayo - 30th March: Mayo NE Partnership, Ballina
Dun Laoghaire - 5th May: Southside Partnership, Dun Laoghaire
Wicklow - 5th May: Bray Partnership
Dublin - 19th May: Dublin City Council, Clogher Road, Crumlin
Carlow - 28th May: Visual Arts Carlow
Dublin - 15th September: Davy House, Dublin
Monaghan - 23rd September: Monaghan Integrated Development Ltd
Limerick - 29th September: Limerick City Hall
Donegal - 19th October: Kilcar
Athlone - 3rd Nov: Athlone, Prince of Wales Hotel
Cork - 10th Nov: Cork, Ambassador Hotel
Kilkenny - 24th November: Seville Lodge Education Centre
Donegal - 20th October : Donegal Town, Drumfries, Letterkenny Town
Wicklow – 4th December: Network of Environmental Groups (Dun Laoghaire)
